A leading professional services consultancy, renowned for its cutting edge enterprise transformation work, is seeking an Oracle HCM Manager to join their Powered Apps team. They employ a world class accelerated business transformation approach—leveraging pre configured back office best practices and a six layer operating model—to deliver rapid ROI and seamless cloud deployments.

As Oracle HCM Manager, you will:

  • Develop end to end Oracle HCM solutions, blending industry standards with product capabilities.
  • Lead delivery of workstreams, managing offshore teams through configuration, testing and go live phases of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations.
  • Facilitate client workshops and steer meetings with HR and IT stakeholders to drive requirements and change.
  • Oversee design, configuration and testing of HCM modules, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
  • Build strong client relationships, identifying future opportunities and extending the scope of services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform in a functional consultant role.
  • A solid track record of advising on HR business process changes and delivering end to end workstreams.
  • Proven ability to lead offshore teams and negotiate scope adjustments to maintain commercial viability.
  • Consultancy experience, including support for pre sales and business development activities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
