The predicted salary is between 136000 - 168000 £ per year.
We’re working exclusively with this well established Real Estate investor who has recently taken on some significant funding, so growth is very much the order of the day! This role has been created as a direct result of this and is an amazing opportunity to join a business that will be certain to be growing vastly over the next 24 months and beyond.
You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds as we need someone to establish several new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.
Key Deliverables:- Partner the MD and CEO in establishing several new institutional funds
- Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-parties
- Implement a best-in-practice finance function to include FP&A, financial reporting and tax
- Use technology to enhance commercial/performance reporting and capabilities
- Lead an existing team and manage their growth and development – increase team size
- Manage all external banking relationships and lead all subsequent funding requirements as the business grows
- Oversee all budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting activities
- As the business scales, lead all strategic growth initiatives to include outsourcing, operational structuring and developing a team ‘fit for growth’

Essential Experience Needed:- Demonstrable experience as a Finance Director
- Fully qualified accountant with proven experience in real estate fund management
- Ideally experience in institutional credit
- A real enthusiasm for leading and developing a team
- Experience in setting up new fund structures
- Strong operational and strategic finance experience – this is not a reporting role
- Enthusiasm and passion for building an amazing business
- Confidence without arrogance
