We are working with a private equity-backed B2B SaaS business based in Manchester, seeking a CFO. The company currently generates £5m ARR with a strong presence across EMEA and plans to expand into the Americas. The business is entering a key growth phase ahead of a targeted exit in 3–5 years, likely via a secondary buyout or trade sale.
This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with the CEO and PE investors to enhance financial performance, shape growth strategies, and prepare for a successful exit.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment, with a strong grasp of KPIs and commercial drivers. International experience, especially in North American markets, is advantageous. The candidate should be able to be in Manchester three times a week.
