This is a hands-on opportunity to deepen your expertise, work with next-gen tooling, and build towards senior engineering or network architecture tracks within a high-performance team…Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 3rd and 4th line support across a complex global network infrastructure spanning office, data centre, and cloud environmentsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve escalated networking issues from support teams, with a focus on performance and uptimeSupport, maintain and configure Cisco and Meraki networking gear across switches, routers, and wireless systemsManage Palo Alto firewalls, including monitoring, change control, and troubleshootingAssist with SD-WAN deployments and hybrid network integration (Silver Peak, Aruba or equivalent)Participate in DR testing, scheduled maintenance events, and infrastructure lifecycle managementCreate and maintain accurate documentation of network topologies, procedures, and incident recordsCoordinate with global infrastructure teams and vendors on issue resolution and service improvementsProvide occasional after-hours and weekend support as neededWhat You Bring…3-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or infrastructure support rolesStrong knowledge of network protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS and DHCPExperience supporting Cisco and/or Meraki-based infrastructure in a production environmentProficiency with Palo Alto firewalls and related security technologiesKnowledge of network automation tools or scripting languages (e.g. Python, Ansible)Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux systems from a network troubleshooting perspectiveStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with AWS or Azure networking principles(Preferred) Exposure to SD-WAN solutions (e.g. Silver Peak, Aruba)(Preferred) Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+…
