Key responsibilities for this Travelling Executive Assistant position:
- Provide seamless, high-touch 1:1 support while travelling with the Principal
- Coordinate ever-changing global travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics
- Act as the main liaison between the Principal and external/internal contacts
- Manage confidential documents and personal matters with utmost discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage the Principal’s agenda and lifestyle
- Coordinate with private household teams, private aviation, and security
- Ensure constant availability and flexibility to travel at very short notice
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Ideally you are immediately available or on short notice, this is a temporary role on an ongoing basis
- Proven experience supporting UHNWI or C-suite level individuals in a similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring full discretion
- Strong global travel coordination experience and adaptability across time zones
- Impeccable attention to detail, highly proactive and solutions-focused
- Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and capable of handling highly sensitive information
- Previous experience working in a travelling PA/EA role supporting a HNW, or within private family offices is preferred but not essential
