Key Responsibilities
- Assist our Private Client Team in providing legal services to high-net-worth clients, handling disputes involving wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance.
- Manage a varied caseload, represent clients in sensitive legal matters, and work within a collaborative environment.
- Work on probate disputes, including challenges to wills, inheritance claims, trust disputes, and estate administration.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation on complex matters.
Role can be based in Bromley, Blackheath, Sidcup, or Beckenham, with a hybrid working model.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in contentious probate matters.
- Deep knowledge of wills, estates, trusts, inheritance laws, including the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
- Experience in handling contentious probate and complex litigation.
- Strong communication skills to explain legal issues clearly.
- Client-focused with a solutions-driven approach.
Qualifications
