We are seeking a refined, discreet Personal Assistant to support a distinguished private client based in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft refined correspondence to high-level contacts including cultural institutions, Royal households, and diplomatic figures.
- Proactively manage an intricate diary, coordinating appointments and events with exceptional attention to detail.
- Accompany the Principal to events and meetings.
- Handle communications (email, telephone, and written) with grace and precision.
- Maintain well-organised personal records, lists, and files with the highest level of discretion.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and confidante, ensuring the principal’s needs are always met with foresight and care.
- Oversee scheduling and documentation for personal matters, including medical appointments.
- Liaise seamlessly with the wider household team including a House Manager, Chauffeur, and Housekeepers.
- Manage gift sourcing and occasional personal shopping with taste and refinement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PA role within a private household or high-level corporate setting.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with impeccable grammar and professional presentation.
- Strong IT skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
