Nursery Level 3

Are you a dedicated and experienced Nursery Level 3 professional looking for an exciting role in Wembley? We are seeking passionate individuals with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification to join our nursery team in Wembley. Qualifications:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator or a related Level 3 qualification (see accepted qualifications list)
• Extensive experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily running of a section of the nursery, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children
• Plan and implement engaging activities that align with EYFS standards
• Collaborate with parents and staff to meet children’s individual needs
• Maintain accurate developmental records for each child
• Ensure that the nursery is a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
• Supervise staff and apprentices, ensuring effective team management and adherence to staff ratios
