We are recruiting for a Fine Art Digital Printer person, someone who has had experience with Large format, is confident working on a Production Press, together with strong IT skills within the print industry. Following significant investment in new, state-of-the art printing technology, our client is continuing the expansion of their production team and are looking for a motivated individual. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with excellent pre-existing industry acquired skills; ideally with experience in setting up and running print machinery. Strong IT skills is very important for this position.
- Operate wide format digital Hybrid UV printing presses
- Operate Zund plotters
- Adhere to and maintain high standards of quality control
- Complete job documentation to support quality assurance and efficient job delivery
- Assist in maintaining and improving production processes
- Operate all finishing equipment (and potentially the printing presses)
- Complete all paperwork relating to each job
- Ensure the cleanliness of the print room at all times
- Maintain the upkeep of all equipment
This position will be to work in the Print department on a Digital Print machine working a digital cutting table. The cutting machines are manufactured by Zund. (S3-L1200 and a PN-L1200)
