Are you the type of person that gets out of bed on the right side every day? If so, we'd like you to come and join our Happy team as a Reservations Agent!
As a Reservations Supervisor within our Reservations team, you will find yourself administrating all bedroom and group reservations including the management of self-catering sites, managing a small and friendly team of people and ensuring seamless and efficient processes are in place. You would also be responsible for managing our voucher process and club card clients.
Reporting directly into the Group Revenue Manager, the position will assist to drive revenue strategy to maximise revenue and market share for the hotels. Whilst not essential, some revenue management experience would be preferred.
You will be responsible for driving innovation and continuous improvement, striving for excellence in every staff member and guest interaction. Surrounded by a supportive and fun team all working towards tailor-made guest experiences, along with working towards various sales targets.
