OCR Alpha is partnering with a leading global systematic hedge fund, known for its collaborative, tech-driven, and research-led culture. The firm operates across all liquid asset classes and continues to expand its presence globally.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Investor Services professional to join their London office. This is a newly created position, working closely within a small, high-performing team alongside a senior quant IR director. The role offers excellent exposure to complex, multi-strategy systematic investing and a clear pathway for progression.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the production and distribution of investor reporting materials
- Coordinate responses to investor queries, covering fund activity, transactions, reporting, and operational matters
- Maintain and optimise CRM systems, managing investor pipelines and data integrity
- Organise and schedule investor meetings, supporting senior client-facing team members
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across investment, operations, legal and compliance functions, as well as external service providers
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a client services or investor relations role, preferably within hedge funds, asset management, or financial consultancy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and investor reporting
- Confident, collaborative, and comfortable working both in a team and autonomously
