OVERVIEW
We are seeking a technical Co-Founder to build upon an existing prototype / MVP. We aim to create a unique solution in the B2C recruitment, coaching, and global talent mobility space. Our platform enables early-stage professionals to gain insights and confidence for their international talent journey and dream job. Using an Augmented Intelligence approach, we combine human expertise and AI to empower career decisions and de-risk hiring for employers.
ROLE
- Collaborate with the Founder to move swiftly from concept to launch
- Build a proprietary web and desktop application for multiple markets
- Create a customised LLM/GenAI tool
- Initially act as the solo builder
- Oversee freelance technical hiring as needed
- Support funding pitches
