The firm focuses on clean energy infrastructure development and project finance investments across Africa, with a strong presence in key regional markets and occasional international investor interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fundraising processes for flagship funds and related vehicles
- Prepare and update investor materials (pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs)
- Coordinate investor onboarding, data room, and documentation workflows
- Lead scheduling and execution of investor meetings and roadshows
- Conduct investor research and profile LPs aligned to fund strategy
- Maintain CRM records and track investor engagement activity
- Support quarterly reporting, ad hoc communications, and AGM prep
- Contribute to thought leadership, impact reports, and industry events
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in investor relations or fundraising within private equity or asset management
