ROLE PURPOSE
You will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' unique technology requirements and designing and implementing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate with clients and our partners' technical experts to ensure the successful deployment of IT solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. It is within your responsibilities to find the best sourcing routes for specific hardware requirements. You'll be working to achieve the most competitive price and lead times with the relevant partners.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest technology trends, products, and services to consult the most suitable solutions for clients.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients in parallel with the Sales teams, to understand their technical needs, challenges, and objectives, to build strong relationships and trust. Conduct technical demos to present solutions.
