Job Type: Temporary Full-Time (4 Weeks)

Pay: £12.41 per hour + £0.75 shift allowance when working between 04:00 and 06:00 hours

Hours: 8.5-hour shifts between 4:00 AM and 12:00 PM start times

Flexibility: 5 days out of 7, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pot Washing: Keep kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils clean and organised
  • Table Clearing & Cleaning: Maintain a spotless, inviting lounge environment
  • Bar Support: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (if bar trained/experienced)
  • Replenishing Stock: Ensure food counters, drinks stations, and snack bars are always well-stocked
  • Customer Service: Greet guests, assist with queries, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Cleaning Duties: Regularly sanitise high-touch areas, restock toilets, and manage waste disposal
