Professional Support Lawyer (Real Estate), 6+ Years PQE, Kent, £Excellent + Benefits, Full time or Part time considered – A unique opportunity to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF:8102.
• Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE with a well-regarded City, national or regional law firm.
• You will support the Real Estate teams in a variety of areas to include, Informing them about the latest developments in law and practice, ensuring the team receive regular training and monitoring and keeping the Division updated on relevant developments in Real Estate.
• You will have an interest in real estate development, real estate investment and property management, real estate finance, social housing, enfranchisement and strategic land.
• It is essential that you have excellent drafting and research skills, organisation and communication skills and an understanding of different methods of training and learning processes.
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional support lawyer role, however, it is not a requirement.
• Candidates will be comfortable in developing seminars for public presentations and providing training to professionals at all levels.
