With project values typically ranging from £100k to £4m, the company provides a full turnkey service from design through to installation and commissioning.Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their professional and dynamic estimating team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for electrical projects ranging from £100k to £4mAnalyse specifications, drawings, and documentation to define project scope and material requirementsIdentify potential cost-saving opportunities through value engineeringLiaise with project managers and the pre-construction team for accurate and complete cost analysisEvaluate and negotiate bids and quotations from suppliers and subcontractorsMaintain and update a comprehensive database of estimates and historical project costsAssist in the preparation and submission of tender documentation and client proposalsRequirementsProven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services sectorDesign experience is desirable but not essentialStrong…
