I am looking for an experienced secretary to join the friendly and highly regarded litigation department of one of the most respected firms in the Coventry / Warwickshire region.

My client are looking for an organised and hard working secretary to assist the litigation department with an array of administrative tasks including:

  • audio typing from dictation
  • case preparation
  • use of case management system
  • liaising with clients in person and via phone
  • ensuring compliance with SRA guidelines
  • general office duties

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to learn from experienced and knowledgeable professionals and develop in a much sought after area of law.

Previous experience in a litigation team is necessary.
