Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage care rotas to ensure continuity and efficiency of service
- Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to assess, implement, and review care plans
- Respond to scheduling changes and urgent calls, especially during on-call duties (1 in every 4 weeks)
- Ensure care delivery meets all CQC requirements and company quality standards
- Provide support and guidance to care staff, including dealing with queries and issues as they arise
- Conduct spot checks, service reviews, and contribute to maintaining care documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supervision of care staff
Requirements:
