Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage care rotas to ensure continuity and efficiency of service
  • Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to assess, implement, and review care plans
  • Respond to scheduling changes and urgent calls, especially during on-call duties (1 in every 4 weeks)
  • Ensure care delivery meets all CQC requirements and company quality standards
  • Provide support and guidance to care staff, including dealing with queries and issues as they arise
  • Conduct spot checks, service reviews, and contribute to maintaining care documentation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supervision of care staff

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care coordination, supervisory, or senior care role within domiciliary care
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
