Assistant Project Planner

Plan Analytics is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Planner to join our team. As an Assistant Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project planning and control services for major projects in civil engineering, construction, rail, and energy. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and updating project schedules using Primavera P6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Prepare project status reports and presentations. Identify potential scheduling issues and propose solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of NEC3/4 contracts is a plus. Experience with 4D BIM software such as Synchro or Navisworks is desirable. Background in Civil Engineering, Water or Construction is desirable.
