Lawrence Harvey is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our client's established but growing Legal function. As our client embarks on expanding their territories and services across France, they are looking for a French speaking Commercial Lawyer who has experience working with the Common Law System, UK Laws and Regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across commercial contract projects at once!
Responsibilities:
- Work with various individuals across our client's sales team on various legal matters.
- Review, negotiate, and update commercial contracts across the EMEA region.
- Maintain relationships from a Legal perspective with various vendors, customers, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE as a UK qualified Lawyer - If not, Qualified Lawyer in France.
- Strong experience working on Technology, Privacy, and/or Commercial law.
- Fluent in French.
