As our client embarks on expanding their territories and services across France, they are looking for a French speaking Commercial Lawyer who has experience working with the Common Law System, UK Laws and Regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across commercial contract projects at once! Responsibilities: Work with various individuals across our clients sales team on various legal matters. Review, negotiate, and update commercial contracts across the EMEA region. Maintain relationships from a Legal perspective with various vendors, customers, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders. Requirements: 5+ years PQE as a UK qualified Lawyer – If not, Qualified Lawyer in France. Strong experience working on Technology, Privacy, and/or Commercial law. Fluent in French.
