We’re looking for an experienced CMO who will oversee our European marketing operations ensuring the company becomes top-of-mind as a credible, forward-thinking Strategic Technology Partner. The CMO is responsible for overseeing and aligning the strategic direction, performance, and collaboration of the key marketing functions outlined below. The CMO will ensure the efforts of these functions deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies, drive revenue growth, elevate our brand awareness in key market sectors in Europe, and ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with business objectives.
To be successful this role will need to closely collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Global Brand and executive teams to achieve our objectives.
What You’ll Do- Demand Generation: Develops targeted lead generation programs aimed at attracting, nurturing, and converting ideal prospects into a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Growth: Expand revenue from existing customers, particularly within high-value strategic accounts. Manages growth-focused events tailored to customer expansion.
- Insights: Provide critical customer, market, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and secure a competitive advantage.
- Voice: Content creation, industry and proposition messaging, PR, ensuring alignment with our global brand strategy.
- Digital: Maximise awareness from our digital footprint to showcase our capabilities and value to customers.
- You are a strategic thinker with proven marketing leadership and interpersonal skills.
- High level of commercial awareness with experience of working together with other revenue functions, like sales and customer success, to drive growth.
- A strong and emotionally intelligent leader. Empathetic, self-aware and strong relationship builder. Ability to influence and work across functions and countries to achieve results.
- Exceptional internal and external communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate at all decision-making levels.
- Self-motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic team player that can exceed targets and expectations.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to new situations and to work effectively under pressure. Can easily move between high level strategic thinking and critical detail.
