Recovery Coordinator – Up to 27k Dinardo Care & Supports Ltd are a long-established, leading supported housing organisation committed to enhancing the lives of residents with diverse mental health needs across South London, covering Sydenham, Catford, Lewisham, Peckham and Upper Norwood. Your main base would be Sydenham Hill with a requirement to travel to other sites. As we continue our journey of growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has experience within Supported Housing to work within a team to plan and embed a diverse programme of ongoing activities for our residents to promote their physical, emotion and social wellbeing.  Our goal is to support and encourage independence, reduce social isolation and ensure the activity programme is person centred and conducive to overall recovery and rehabilitation.
