Lead and enhance email design workflows, creating efficiencies that support seamless delivery. Define and refine brand aesthetics within the CRM channel, contributing to future brand refreshes. Deliver high-quality work across digital platforms, ensuring every brief is met with creativity and precision. Champion design thinking, staying ahead of trends and inspiring innovation within the team. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships to produce outstanding results. The successful Email Designer will have: Expertise in branding & communications, spanning print and digital media. Advanced knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, with an understanding of motion, digital, and photography. Experience in production environments, including photo shoots, print, and digital processes.
