If you’re early in your career and love working across teams, managing timelines, and getting things done, this role could be for youThe RoleSupporting the marketing and product teams with project coordination and administrative tasksKeeping timelines and project trackers updated to ensure everyone stays on scheduleOrganising meetings, taking notes, and following up on action pointLiaising with stakeholders across departments and regions to keep projects movingHelping prepare key documentation, presentations, and packaging informationManaging file storage, approvals, and general admin across multiple projectsAbout youTo be considered for this role, you will have:1–3 years of experience in a coordination, marketing, admin, or project support role (ideally within FMCG, retail, or similar fast-paced industries)A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detailA team player who can communicate confidently and build relationships with stakeholdersComfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing prioritiesStrong IT skills – especially in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointYou’ll work with some of the most iconic brands in the industry and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative team environment.
