What You'll Be Working On
- Managing a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits
- Providing in-office, testing center, and telehealth care
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities
- Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams
- Performing in-office procedures as trained
- Supervising NP or PA colleagues
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
- Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licensed in CA before start date

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $288,000 to $300,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health coverage, 401K match, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, CME stipend, and more. Relocation assistance may be available.
