Operating as a main contractor, the company delivers new build and refurbishment projects across the commercial, industrial, education, MOD, and residential sectors, with typical project values up to £5M.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a leadership role.
The role of Managing Quantity Surveyor:
- You will manage the commercial performance of all projects across the business.
- You will provide commercial support and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and will be involved in running projects when required.
- You will assist the Project Managers & Surveyors to allow management of projects and commercial risk, ensuring that financial performance meets or exceeds profitability targets.
