We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Supervisor to join us at our Warrington Hub. We are always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing business. In fact, we never stand still, we work hard, make quick decisions and deliver to our ambitious goals every day. Our supervisors work on shifts, this role is to work on our Night Shift which is typically 22:00-06:00 working any 5 days in 7.

Day to day you will:
- Be responsible for the supervision of the Warehouse Operatives as well as the operations in your zone including throughputs, parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
- Support the Process Manager with the quality of all sortation and its performance against MI measurements.
- Manage and control Client SLA's, load presentation compliance, infeed targets, and other operational metrics depending on the area you work in.
