Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager with knowledge and experience of delivering within a fast-paced environment. The role will work as a co-ordinator and project delivery facilitator between Property Management and IT, responsible for overseeing critical IT deliverables, co-ordinating tasks with various resources and supporting the testing and release processes. Experience within Property Management, finance or Real Estate is required. The role will sit between the Property Management department and the IT Business Systems team, taking advantage of the ability to communicate priorities and requirements between the two business areas. Deliverables can change frequently and stakeholders are often short on time – the correct individual will thrive working in this kind of environment, adapt quickly, and see delivering as a challenge.
