The Resident Engagement Officer will lead the delivery of the organisations Resident Engagement Strategy, ensuring residents, particularly those from migrant and refugee backgrounds are at the centre of service design, decision-making, and community-building. This role empowers residents to influence improvements, foster inclusion, and help shape a thriving, supportive environment.By championing meaningful engagement across the organisation, the officer will build trust, improve transparency, and strengthen collaboration between residents.
