South Coast & Port Services have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join the team in Stanford-le-Hope at DP Worlds Port.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing monthly payroll for the Terminal Operatives, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on-time (5th of the Month).
- Pay forecasting – Compiling comprehensive cost forecasts for the senior management team and customers finance department, prior to the end of month payroll run.
- Monitoring and collating the employees bonus scheme, inputting figures, queries and liaising with the customer to ensure all figures are correct.
- Ensuring the office-based employees are GDPR compliant.
- Provide support and assistance to the office-based employees, monitor, and maintain all spreadsheets used, ensure updates are implemented efficiently, and confirm users are kept informed of the changes.
