Our client, a Local Authority based in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Legal Services team, for a minimum period of 3 months. This role is for 26 hours per week, and attendance will be required within the office once per week. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive legal services team.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer:
- Provide drafting for commercial property matters to include Wayleave, Leases, Lease extensions, Disposals, etc.
- Some Housing matters to include Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Acquisitions and Lease Extensions
