Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
  • Deliver conceptual and detailed designs across a range of materials, including reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and timber
  • Design steelwork connections and temporary works where required
  • Conduct site inspections and structural surveys
  • Produce sketches and mark-ups of structural details for CAD technicians
  • Prepare clear and concise engineering reports and correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of relevant codes, standards, and best practices
