Interim Turnaround CFO

Title: Interim Turnaround CFO Location : London Salary: £2000 Ref: AP22334 12 month contract Finatal are working exclusively with a blue-chip private equity fund, searching for an Interim CFO to lead a turnaround project for their multi-billion revenue portfolio company in the global technology sector. The company has multiple failing business units globally, and you will be working closely with a highly experienced CEO who has led multiple turnaround situations within the sector. You will lead on the restructuring of their balance sheet and finance functions both at the group and local level, liaise and negotiate with the banks regarding debt financing/refinancing and as one of your first tasks, lead the spin-off of multiple business units. The role will require prior experience with asset sales and leaseback situations, along with previous experience with PE and within the technology sector. Extensive travel will be required as part of this role and they will be exploring a day rate success fee compensation model for the right candidate, linked to cost out and EBITDA improvements. Ideally, you will have a track record in: Turnarounds of businesses Working in a leveraged/debt finance environment Balance sheet and finance restructuring Asset sales and Leasebacks/Financial Engineering PE experience Technology sector experience
