We have a fantastic opportunity for a multiskilled Senior Designer to join a multidisciplined branding communications agency based in London with a passion for financial services. They bring together creative, technical and industry experts to create powerful ideas that solve real business problems and deliver real results. This position can be temp-to-perm or straight permanent and fully remote with occasional trips into London for meetings. Please note you will need to be UK based for this position.
About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a UK based experienced Senior Designer experienced working in the B2B sector. You will collaborate with our Creative Director, Design Director, Project Managers, Programmers, Illustrators, and Animators to conceptualise and develop:
- User-centric websites
- Branding design
- Through-the-line advertising campaigns
- Mobile applications
- Social first posts
- Email design campaigns
- Digital banners
- Print related material
Responsibilities:
What we’re seeking is a Designer with a minimum of 5 years of agency experience, possessing a CV and portfolio that showcases:
- Creative thinking skilled in translating complex briefs into visually cohesive designs
- Strong brand comms skills - able to take a project from concept to production
- Holds a degree in graphic design or a related field
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma
- Understands UI/UX, responsive grids and design systems
- Detail-oriented with effective time management
- Collaborative team player
- Hands-on and practical approach
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Updated on visual design technologies and industry trends
- Experience in Motion, HTML Banner Animation, Illustration, and/or 3D Design a major plus
