The Hospital supports adults of all genders with severe and complex mental health conditions. In this state-of-the-art hospital we provide high quality intensive treatment, in a clinically safe, caring and secure environment.The Night Nurse Manager will have responsibility for the hospital at night for ensuring that staffing levels on all wards have the right skill mix and are in line with ladders, support and advise colleagues, to monitor the standards of care given and ensuring that colleagues adhere to ACG standards and policies.This individual will be required to take on the role of the Night Nurse Manager during the night shift, they will be expected to support other wards with their breaks and provide effective leadership.The Night Nurse Manager will take a lead role in managing any referrals out of hours, liaise with on call managers, medics and arrange admissions.*** Th…
