The historic building has a 2AA Rosette award-winning restaurant and is traditionally designed with cosy soft furnishings and roaring fires, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all guests. They offer 40 plus bedrooms, each individually designed and perfectly in keeping with the property.

As Operations Manager you will:
- Have a solid food and beverage background working within high-level establishments
- Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
- Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for and excellent knowledge of the industry
- Be a hands-on manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service and ensuring your staff do the same
- Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation while working closely with the General Manager
