Market Analyst | Climate Tech | Seed-Stage | London (Hybrid)We’re working with a fast-growing, well-funded startup on a mission to tackle one of the biggest challenges in climate and energy.Their software directly controls thousands of home energy devices e.g. EV chargers, home batteries, and heating systems – optimising for cost and carbon. Every day, they process millions of data points across the grid, enabling smarter energy use at scale.They’ve recently raised a high-profile Seed round and are now hiring theirfirst Market Analystto help them make better, faster decisions across product, ops, and commercial teams.Why this role stands out: You’ll be joining early, with real ownership and visibility You’ll work on live, real-world energy systems – not just dashboards The work directly supports decarbonisation, not just reporting on itWhat you\’ll do: Build internal dashboards and visualise trends from device and market data Help optimise charging patterns for EV fleets Track performance against revenue and product metrics Spot opportunities in data to improve ops and drive commercial decisionsWhat you\’ll need: Good SQL skills, plus some Python for automation Solid analytical thinking – comfort working with kWh, MW and £ A curious, commercial mindset and love for fast-paced environments Passion for climate tech and making a real-world impactInterested?
