Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Are you passionate about premium whisky and skilled at engaging audiences through TikTok and social media? Do you understand how to drive product sales through video content and live streams? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful and fast growing business in the premium whisky space, with a growing digital presence and a loyal customer base. As they scale their e-commerce operation, particularly via TikTok Shop, we’re looking for a confident and commercially savvy TikTok Shop and Social Media Manager to help drive product visibility, engagement, and sales.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow the brand’s TikTok Shop, creating and presenting live content to promote products, drive engagement, and convert views into sales.
• Film engaging, high-quality content that educates and excites audiences about whisky – from new arrivals and collector’s items to brand heritage and tasting notes.
• Be one of the on-screen faces of the brand, hosting regular live sessions and collaborating with the rest of the in-house team to maximise campaign performance.
• Analyse live stream metrics and customer feedback to constantly refine content and improve ROI.
• Create supplementary short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) to support product launches and campaigns.
• Attend whisky tastings, client events, and VIP activations, representing the brand with warmth, confidence, and knowledge.

What We are Looking For:

• Proven experience managing a TikTok shop and hosting TikTok Lives and creating sales-driven video content.
• Confident, charismatic, and engaging on camera – able to bring products and storytelling to life.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, audience behaviour, and sales tools including in-app product links and promotions.
• Passion for premium whisky – knowledge of whisky styles, regions, and production methods is a major plus but not essential.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of online retail trends.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with regular in-office presence in NW London.
