Track and analyze recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to management, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance employer branding and attract top talent. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging transition for new hires.Requirements Over 7 years of specialized experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, including more than 3 years focused on digital and Technology hiring. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience working in multinational environments, managing both executive search and high-volume hiring. Strong working knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Taleo, etc. Proven track record of successfully fillingDigital / Technologyroles across various levels.
