Job Title: Sustainability Consultant

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and consultancy services on sustainability and environmental impact assessments.
• Manage and execute sustainability projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as BREEAM In-Use, ISO 14001, LEED, WELL, and Fitwel.
• Conduct Carbon Accounting and ESG reporting for various projects.
• Perform Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA) for clients.
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and policies for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals and certifications.
• Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends, technologies, and legislation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sustainability consultancy with a focus on BREEAM In-Use, ISO 14001, LEED, WELL, and Fitwel assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Carbon Accounting, ESG, LCA, and WLCA.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
