Senior Estimator – The Company:

Our client is a successful regional main contractor with an established reputation across the South of England. Typical projects are New Build between £3m and £30m in value across Commercial and Education sectors. The company is undoubtedly one of the best employers in the construction industry.

Senior Estimator – The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the
Pre-construction team based from the office in Swindon. You will be responsible for hands on Estimating on a range of tenders across construction sectors. Depending on experience you may have the opportunity to mentor more junior Estimators,

Senior Estimator – The Person

• You will have solid Estimating experience with either a national or regional main contractor
• You will ideally have experince on commercial / education tenders
• Demonstrable experience of Estimating on new build projects as part of a pre-construction team in excess of £8m
• A good track record of winning tenders on projects with a good level of profitability.
• Commutable to the Swindon office
