Our client, a HNWI, is seeking a private PA with experience managing a property portfolio to join their collaborative and energetic team. The role will provide high-level personal assistance while also managing their portfolio of 5 properties across Europe, UK, and the US. This is a dual role that will require a strong blend of administrative, organisational, and property management skills, and will support the Principal in both personal and professional capacities.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and personal appointments
- Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for both professional and personal matters
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Oversee household staff or service providers as required
- Liaise with legal, financial, and tax advisors on behalf of the principal
Property Management Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and inspections
- Manage relationships with tenants, contractors, service providers, and agents
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and health & safety regulations
- Monitor budgets, invoices, rent collections, and property-related expenses
- Maintain up-to-date property records and tenancy agreements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a private PA with a remit covering property management
- Strong understanding of UK property regulations
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail
