Established in 2002, we are now a team of over 150 staff based out of our head office in Chelmsford and our London office. About the Role
The marketing team are on a mission to drive meaningful brand awareness in our industry, among brokers, policyholders, and key partners. We pride ourselves on being a nimble and focused team but as our brand continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us create and execute compelling marketing campaigns that put our name on the map.
We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to join our small but ambitious marketing team. You’ll play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering campaigns that raise our profile with brokers and policyholders alike. You'll be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, and managing communications across digital and traditional channels. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and design/communication freelancers to bring ideas to life, from broker-facing email campaigns and blogs on our website to internal communications and brochure copy.
Key Responsibilities
- Copywriting
- Write engaging copy for a variety of channels (emails, landing pages, brochures, blog posts, social captions, etc.).
- Tailor messaging for different audiences - brokers, policyholders, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the creation of sales enablement materials and broker marketing toolkits.
- Communications
- Work with our PR consultant on press releases, company updates, and internal newsletters.
- Support broker and client communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Help maintain a consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Management & Reporting
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables across channels including email, web and print.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time.
- Track key performance metrics and support post-campaign analysis.
- Recommend improvements and help optimise future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in a B2B or financial services environment.
- Strong copywriting skills to produce everything from email series and case studies to sales collateral, with an adaptable tone and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Some familiarity with design tools (Canva/Adobe).
