My client is seeking a motivated & enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the home purchasing process, showcasing their new homes & providing exceptional customer service.

Your ability to build rapport with clients & understand their needs will be crucial in helping them find their dream home.

Responsibilities:-

  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs & preferences in new homes
  • Conduct property tours, highlighting key features & benefits of their homes
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the housing market, including trends & competitor offerings
  • Assist clients in navigating the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business & referrals
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new developments & open house events
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences & market trends to inform product development
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately & efficiently

Requirements:-

  • 2yrs minimum proven experience in new homes sales
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships
  • Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving & customer service
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for client meetings & property viewings

Working days Thursday – Monday
