For Companies Position: Large Format Production Supervisor
Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: 30,000- 35,000 – Depending on Experience
Core Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08.00-16:30
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced large format print professional to join one the UK\’s leading suppliers of signage in Kent.
This role is suited to a Senior Production Operative who is looking for the next step in their career of managing a team.
This role has a lot of potential growth and involves managing a team of production staff, managing workloads, training younger members of the team and hands on operating during busier periods.
Essential Requirements
– Extensive large format print production experience.
– Operated and maintained large format UV flatbed printers.
– Knowledge of RIP software.
– Experience within large format finishing such as digital / vinyl cutting – Ideally can use a Zund Cutter.
– Strong communication capability, a good attitude to motivate a growing team.
– Be flexible with working overtime when needed.
– Commutable distance the Ashford area.
