Our client, an outstanding motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced VDA/Estimator.
About you:
- ATA preferred but not essential.
- Must have Audatex experience.
- Good people skills and understanding of the principles of the body repair industry.
- A good understanding of PAS 125 would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience within the bodyshop arena.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Their ideal candidate will be:
- Motor trade experienced.
- Computer literate.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone.
- High degree of sales focus.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customers and maintaining strong relationships.
- Reporting on cosmetic repair requirements.
- Estimating and selling bodyshop repair work.
- Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction.
