What You Will Do:  – Manage the allocation and movement of shortage parts between stores and build zones, ensuring smooth operations. – Oversee the missing, damaged, and wrong parts process within the build operations. – Coordinate rework activities and ensure parts are returned through the correct processes to support builds. – Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as Stores, Supply Chain, and Build Operations, to resolve part kit issues and maintain efficiency. – Investigate root causes of part pick issues using problem-solving methodologies and recommend improvements. – Create and manage pick kit matrices for each build and update systems like Wrike for seamless operations. What You Will Bring:  - Strong IT skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in VBA, Power Query, Tableau, or Power BI. – A solid understanding of parts tracking systems like GPIRS or SAP and an awareness of Bill of Materials processes. – Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. – A data-driven mindset with the ability to create and analyse reports, utilising formulas, pivot tables, and charts. – A background in data analytics, production/manufacturing engineering, logistics, or administration is highly desirable.
