You will design, build and optimise our e2e test framework, ensure seamless CI/CD integration, and drive consistent standards for E2E testing across our teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain E2E testing frameworkManage auto-test environments, including CI/CD integration, reporting, and data managementOptimise test execution (parallelisation, containerisation, or other techniques) to improve efficiency and reliabilityDefine and enforce standards for E2E test code, ensuring consistency and maintainabilityCollaborate with developers to share best practices and drive a culture of high-quality automationMonitor and analyse test results, identifying flakiness or performance bottlenecks and proposing solutionsRequirementsProven experience with designing and building E2E automation frameworks (Playwright highly )Strong background in CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and test environment managementProficiency in programming (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar) to customise testing workflowsHands-on approach to optimising execution time, troubleshooting flakiness, and refining reporting methodsAbility to collaborate with developers and clearly communicate standards, improvements, and test coverage gapsAttention to detail with a focus on creating reliable, scalable automation solutionsBenefits:Competitive Base SalaryStock options in a high-growth startupPrivate Health insurancePension #J-18808-Ljbffr
