As a Product Data Analyst, you'll be key in analysing user journeys and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and drive product-led growth. Your Looker Studio and BigQuery expertise will create dashboards tracking vital product metrics and informing product development. Bring your innovative thinking and help shape our exciting future.

What you’ll do:

  • Build BigQuery data models for product analysis, focusing on user behaviour.
  • Create and maintain insightful product dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (acquisition, activation, retention, referral).
  • Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering to understand data needs.
  • Analyse user interaction data to identify trends and insights for product improvement.
  • Advise on product analytics best practices and KPIs.
  • Ensure product data accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor and optimise product data models and dashboards.
  • Stay updated on relevant product analytics tools.
  • Support product teams in using analytics effectively.

What you’ll bring:
